Awareness through movement

Through the exploration of different techniques such as Pilates, Feldenkrais, Yoga, Ballet, Contemporary Dance, the objetive here is to increase awareness in many ways, in relation to time, space, and multiple relationships. Instead of perceiving these practices as strips of behavior or as a collection of skills, they are seen as sources of principles that can be applied, transformed, unfolded in order to promote self and collective knowledge.
