Claus Lehmann
Photographer 

Claus Lehmann graduated in Social Communication at the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), São Paulo, Brazil, in 2000.

The photographer lived in Munich, Germany, between 2002 and 2003 where he worked with photographer Enno Kapitza. There he got in touch with his portraits universe and with his analog color photo lab and was able to join his technique with experimentation.

From 2004 to 2008 Claus lived in Milano, Italy, and worked with different photographers such as Ruy Teixeira, with whom he developed his knowledge in “the new digital photography”, and began his career as a portrait photographer. During this period in Europe, he photographed for Eindhoven Design Academy of Netherlands, among other clients.

In 2009 he turned back to São Paulo and began to shoot for magazines and advertising agencies.

His artistic projects are researches on photographic tecniches and artistic language. Experimenting and mixing analog and digital technologies.
